Today they delivered the last load of pavers to complete the roads and patch some areas that need attention. It is exciting to see the final fruits of our labor taking shape. I know how happy everyone must be to have a paved road to every driveway!
The palm trees that were replaced in the dividers are looking great and turning a lush green with the new rainfall that nourishes them most every afternoon.
They have built the new service entrance gates and the look absolutely wonderful! Beautiful stamped metal with decorative ironwork gives them a dramatic look! The front wall has been pressure washed and new stucco is being applied. Some new lighting was purchased to light the wall and will be installed soon. It will give a warm welcome glow to the neighborhood for night visitors.
There is a tremendous amount of prospective home buyers visiting Costa del Sol and we have made many new friends with visitors that have been renting homes. Home sales are up and we have completed the home on Lot 80. It is a great floorplan and shows beautifully. We have recently sold our personal home to a lovely couple that are originally from New Zealand and Germany and came to Costa del Sol via Wisconsin and New York. If and when you have the opportunity please welcome Peter and Anke. They are very excited to be spending time here in CDS and look forward to making new friends.
Gonzalo Viquez Jr. handled the legal aspects of our transaction and it was smooth sailing all the way! It is so nice to have such a knowledgeable attorney to take car of the details. Keep him in mind for your next legal need!
We will be living in one of Costa del Sols lovely rental homes while we construct a new Casa and also start a new spec home that will be for sale. We are looking forward to our new home in Costa del Sol!
While progress continues inside our walls it is also being made outside. With the installation of the new cell tower we are now able to get local cell phone service inside Costa del Sol! It is so nice to be connected to the outside world by just pushing a few buttons. Skype and MagicJack are still the best for calling outside the country but for local calls and while traveling in your car the cell phone is the best.
