It is the Green Season in Costa Rica and Costa del Sol is flourishing with the refreshing liquid nourishment it is receiving with the welcomed afternoon showers!  The pleasantly cool temperatures take away the need for air conditioning so that open air living is fully enjoyed.  The plant life is greening up and the tropical flowers are bursting forth in beautiful blooms!  The Costa del Sol gardeners are busy bustling around working hard to maintain the beauty of this most desirable gated community on the Central Pacific Coast at Playa Bejuco.  The smell of fresh cut grass wafts through the air and everyone's yard is starting to look like a picture in a magazine with all of the shrubbery so nicely pruned and not a weed in site!  The abundance of tropical gardens is a welcome place for the many interesting tropical birds to visit and there is always that Pura Vida music of the birds singing!

Costa del Sol is proud to be reaching the end of the majority of work to complete the infrastructure and is now concentrating on some of the needed repairs.  With these items behind us we can now get started on some of the aesthetics or "lipstick" items to enhance the beauty of this already beautiful community!  The last load of pavers that was delivered to complete the roads included a portion to make repairs.  Some small areas showing wear and tear are being replaced to look like new again!

The Security Guards are excited to be presented with the Costa del Sol Security golf cart! This will enable them to make their night rounds through the subdivision more often and to reach an area of concern more quickly.  Coupled with the new high powered flashlights that they were provided they will be able to view the perimeter of the wall and fence at night with clear visibility.  This golf cart will also be utilized by the gardeners during the day while doing their trash pick up to deliver to the main trash bin at front.  This will help them to take care of this task much faster!  The HOA Management personnel can also utilize this transportation if they need to come to your home to handle any questions or deliver you a message.
